Warranty Coverage

Travel Dude provides a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our company, Travel Dude, or authorized retailers. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt or order confirmation. Customers should contact us through our email (info@travel-dude.com) to report the issue and request warranty service. Our team will guide customers through the warranty claim process, including troubleshooting steps, product inspection, and possible repair or replacement options.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Damages resulting from non-compliance with the product’s instructions, including overloading weight limits or using the product inappropriately, are not covered under warranty. Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product, such as scratches, scuffs, or minor dents, are not covered under warranty. The warranty does not cover products that have been purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party retailers.

 

Warranty Resolution

If a defect is confirmed and covered under warranty, Travel Dude will, at its discretion, either repair the product, replace it with an identical or similar item, or provide a refund. In case of a replacement or repair, the warranty period will not be extended beyond the original purchase date. If the exact product is not available, Travel Dude reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

 

Limitation of Liability

Travel Dude’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as specified in this policy. Travel Dude is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

 

Territory Limitation

This warranty policy and the guarantee declaration provided are only valid within the territory of Germany.

 

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
